This series – the Inspiring and Successful Leadership Awards, will recognize outstanding individuals in the Indian corporate sector.

The Inspiring and Successful Leadership Awards by Pragati Leadership will those in the Indian corporate sector who create energized, aligned teams and steer organizational projects to success. The Awards are a platform to celebrate stellar leadership qualities and aim to catalyze a culture of inspiring, successful leaders across sectors.
The first round of awards for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain sector will be held in August 2022. The awards will extend to other sectors and will also be held for international leaders in the near future. Four more rounds of awards for different sectors of Indian industry are on the anvil. Further, Pragati Leadership plans to launch the Inspiring and Successful Leadership Awards in select international regions such as the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Individuals employed in the corporate sector in India can nominate themselves or someone else by filling in the form at the above link. Nominations are open until 16 August, and the awards ceremony will be held online on the 30th of August.
